Swimming is not just a fun recreational activity, it is also an important life skill that might come in handy when least expected. With all the tech gadgets available to children today for recreation, chances of them going outdoors and learning how to swim are slim unlike several years back when an outing to Splash Water world or to any swimming pool was seen as a great treat.

•Swimming is one of the skills that every parent needs to impart on their children. It is a life skill that comes in handy whether you constantly travel across water bodies or not. You might have a backyard pool that a child might be curious about and which they may attempt to dive into without adult supervision which can be tragic.

•We offer swimming lessons to children and adults to improve their swimming abilities.

Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.
Swimming is a good all-round activity because it:
•Keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body
•Builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness
•Helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs
•Tones muscles and builds strength
•Provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.

Swimming Lessons in Brief:
•We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced classes that teach children how to float, lifesaving and surface diving skills.
•Beginner lessons are tailored to build confidence while in the water; Intermediates are mainly taught the fundamentals of stroke technique and slowly developed into graceful, efficient swimmers.
•We usually offer holiday swimming boot camps, another alternative for interested parents whose children normally have busy schedules during school days. The boot camps are often held during the April, August and December holidays.

Programme Payment/Pricing:
•The classes run from 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and start at 10am on Saturday. Ten sessions for your child will cost you Kshs 10,000.
•The Saturday classes are from 10am-5pm whereas the ones on Sunday are from 1pm-5pm.
•Each individual session costs Sh1,200 but group sessions can be negotiated down to about Sh500 per child.
The charges for the swimming classes are inclusive of pool charges. They do not however cover food expenses therefore kids are advised to carry their own snacks.

1)Beginner 1 (All Ages):
This class is designed for beginner swimmers who have no prior swimming experience, or are scared of the water. Skills covered in this class include:
•Building a relationship with the instructor,
•Blowing bubbles through the mouth and nose,
•Front and back float,
•Beginning arm and kicking movements for freestyle.

2)Beginner 2 (All Ages)
This class is designed for beginner swimmers who have had prior swimming experience and are not afraid of the water. Skills covered in this class include:
•Learning to do basic freestyle.
•Backstroke independently.

3)Intermediate 1 (All Ages)
This class is designed for swimmers that have progressed from the beginner levels of swimming lessons. Students in this class are working on:
•Learning to breathe to the side in freestyle
•Gaining endurance with backstroke.
•Learning the elementary movements of dolphin kick.

4)Intermediate 2 (All Ages)
This class is designed for swimmers that have graduated from the Intermediate 1 level. In this class level, swimmers are building more endurance in:
•Freestyle and backstroke, while refining technique in those strokes.
•Learning to do basic butterfly and the breaststroke kick.

5)Advanced 1 (All Ages)
This class is designed for swimmers that have graduated from the intermediate level classes. In this class, swimmers will accomplish both the:
•Butterfly and breaststroke with proper timing and breathe control
•To refine technique and build endurance for all four strokes.

6)Advanced 2 (All Ages)
This class is for swimmers that have graduated from Advanced 1. In this class, swimmers will focus on:
•Mastering advanced techniques for all four strokes
•Improving Endurance.

7)Adult Learn-To-Swim (Adults 18+)
This class is designed for adults with little or no prior swim lesson experience. The primary goals of this class are:
•Learning breath control and balance
•The fundamentals of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke.
